Self Management Fund open for applications

The Cabinet Secretary for Health, Wellbeing and Sport, Shona Robison MSP, has announced the opening of The ALLIANCE Transforming Self Management in Scotland Fund.
The Scottish Government have committed to continuing this refreshed fund and will provide two million pounds investment annually for the next three years. The Cabinet Secretary said:
“At a time when we’re working to consider how best to create a Healthier Scotland, it is hugely impressive to see the range of work being celebrated as part of Self Management Week and the Self Management Awards. Everyone involved should be proud of the contribution they’re making to enabling people to have ownership of their life and long term conditions”
