Delivering transformation in care and support for Scotland

Making Recovery Real in Dundee features in new report ‘Collaborative Providers: Delivering transformation in care and support for Scotland’ as an example of best practice.

The report was developed by Collaborate CIC and the Coalition of Care and Support Providers in Scotland (CCPS). It highlights how working collaboratively has helped SRN and other projects put people at the centre of service planning and redesign to give them more control and choice over the support they receive.

Part one of the report explores four 3rd sector projects (including Making Recovery Real in Dundee) outlining key learning and elements of a collaborative approach. Part two presents a practical tool for organisations looking to work together better ‘The Collaborative Providers Index.’
