Make your day different: 25 August 2015

On 25th August NHS Living Life is asking you to take some time to ‘Make your day different’ by exploring changes to your life that could help improve your mental wellbeing.

NHS_Living_Life_Day_imageNHS Living Life Day has been launched to celebrate and raise awareness of the NHS Living Life phone service. For 6 years this service has provided cognitive behavioural therapy and guided self help to people in Scotland experiencing stress and anxiety.

The day also aims to encourage people to stop and take some time to think about their emotional health and to take some space to maintain positive mental wellbeing.
