A message from the Scottish Recovery Network

20th March 2020

In this time of uncertainty it is important that we look after ourselves and each other.

The CHIME recovery framework helps us to remember what is important to our mental health and wellbeing at all times. Things are challenging at the moment but staying connected, feeling hopeful, having a positive sense of self, keeping occupied with meaningful activities and focusing on what we can control can help.

The Scottish Recovery Network team are working from home during this period. We will continue to update our website, Facebook and Twitter and can be contacted by our personal email addresses, the office email address info@scottishrecovery.net or telephone: 0141 240 7790 during our normal working hours.

If you are working with people or trying to keep things going during this challenging time we have a range of resources that might help. These are all downloadable from our website or for more information please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We invite you to connect with us on social media and share how you are looking after your wellbeing. Together we can help and inspire each other.

To get us started here is a feature from the Travel and Leisure website that links to 12 famous museums that offer virtual tours

Best wishes from the team –

Louise, Christine, Holly, Jane, Robert and Lesley.
