A message from the Scottish Recovery Network

In this time of uncertainty it is important that we look after ourselves and each other.
The CHIME recovery framework helps us to remember what is important to our mental health and wellbeing at all times. Things are challenging at the moment but staying connected, feeling hopeful, having a positive sense of self, keeping occupied with meaningful activities and focusing on what we can control can help.
The Scottish Recovery Network team are working from home during this period. We will continue to update our website, Facebook and Twitter and can be contacted by our personal email addresses, the office email address firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone: 0141 240 7790 during our normal working hours.
