You are invited to attend a one-day event on Wednesday 10th December 2008 at Wighton House, Thistle Foundation, Niddrie Mains Road, Craigmillar. The event is the 2nd Annual Lothian Recovery conference and aims to celebrate the successes of recovery across Lothian. You will have the opportunity to hear about achievements and changes from the Lothian Recovery Network. Peer support workers will share their experiences of new recovery developments in Lothian. There will be a range of creative, fun and informative workshops to participate in, bring your own experiences to share. Workshops will include a creative, art workshop, exploration of self management, the experiences of people with lived experience of recovery in Lothian, plus more. Travel expenses for people with lived experience, carers and public participants can be reimbursed.
