Submissions for MH Practice Database

NHS Quality Improvement Scotland has created a National database of positive and innovative practice in mental health (PIRAMHIDS) which is due to be launched on 5th September at the Rights, Relationships and Recovery Mental Health Nursing Review annual conference.

They are now actively seeking submissions to the database.

It should be noted that submissions are required to be sanctioned by a senior manager to protect the integrity of the organisation.

Evaluating Recovery in Practice Training

Last year we commissioned Health in Mind and Penumbra to deliver a new training course, aimed at people who worked in the voluntary sector, called Recovery in Practice. Given the nature of this new course we were keen to learn more about how well it had worked so we commissioned an independent evaluation of the training, led by Jacki Gordon + Associates and we are now delighted to publish the findings.
