The Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health have produced a policy paper entitled ‘Making Recovery a Reality’ (PDF) which presents some of the key ideas around recovery in practice and examines their implications for the delivery of mental health services. The aim of the paper is to encourage discussion and debate about how the recovery approach can be put into practice and what services can do to make it happen.

SRN are delighted that the Sainsbury centre has used quotes from Narrative Research Participants throughout the document to illustrate key points.
