The Ayrshire and Arran Leading Change project brought together nine people from a range of roles and backgrounds to work alongside five inpatient wards to help identify ways to introduce and extend recovery approaches. This initiative, which was part of the Scottish Government’s Leading Change programme, was independently evaluated. The research identified new learning and many positive impacts, both for people receiving and providing services. “I have seen a difference since the last time I was a patient here. I feel I have hope and that everyone in the ward gives support to each other.” View / download the summary or full version of the evaluation below: Ayrshire and Arran Leading Change - Evaluation (Summary) (PDF) Ayrshire and Arran Leading Change - Evluation (Full Version)(PDF) SRN advertise a range of events and resources developed by external organisations.
