The Lothian Recovery Network is inviting people to register for their recovery workshop programme.

The programme has been designed for people with lived experience of mental health problems, and is facilitated by people with lived experience of recovery.

The aim is to equip attendees with recovery tools and techniques; to help people develop a support network; and to provide people with a safe space where they can share experiences.

The programme comprises a series of five workshops, which take place on Saturdays during April, May and June. Each workshop is free and runs from 10am-2am. There are two opportunities to attend the first workshop in the programme:

Saturday 10th April 2010, at the Scottish Health Service Centre, Crewe Road South, Edinburgh

AND

Saturday 8th May 2010, at the Howden Park Centre in West Lothian

To register, contact Sarah Cairns on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 0131 536 9411.
