Health in Mind launch trauma counselling helpline

Health in Mind have launched a national confidential telephone counselling service for male survivors of childhood abuse funded by Survivor Scotland.

Aimed at survivors of  physical, sexual, emotional, spiritual, psychological abuse or neglect, the helpline uses qualified, experienced counsellors who are ready to listen, support and help callers move forward.

To arrange a telephone counselling appointment, call free on 08088 020406 during the following times: Monday to Wednesday 5pm – 7pm and Thursday / Friday 11am – 2pm. Alternatively, leave a message outside these hours and a counsellor will call back.
