WRAP is becoming increasingly popular in the Highlands as a self-management tool for those experiencing mental ill-health. An Introduction To WRAP and Recovery is being hosted on Wednesday 18th March, 1.30pm-3.30pm at Inshes Church, Inshes Retail Park, Inverness.
This event will give an overview of the core concepts of WRAP and recovery as well as introduce the use of WRAP as a wellness tool. Applications will be available on the day for forthcoming WRAP workshops which will support people to develop their own WRAP. This would be of interest to professionals working within mental health services in the Highlands as well as individuals who have lived experience of mental ill- health, carers and supporters.
