Wednesday, 22 July 2009
The web based Scottish Recovery Indicator tool (SRI) was made available on the 2nd of June. Since then we have seen a large uptake from mental health service providers across Scotland and internationally, with over 300 registered users, many of whom have started to use the SRI in their service.

Asa well as launching the tool we have been providing workshops which introduce the tool and develop understanding on how to use it. To date there have been 18 workshops covering a diverse range of service providers and geographical locations.

There are more workshops planned and if you are interested in hosting one please contact the SRI project lead, William Ellis on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Next steps include the further development of online resources to make the tool more informative and accessible.

If you are curious about the tool and want to know a bit more about how it works, then you should feel free to register an account. This will give you access to the main menu where you can view data collection sheets and extra supporting materials. Registering an account does not mean you must complete an SRI.

As always we welcome any comments or suggestions on the website and the SRI in general regarding its overall ease of use and relevancy.
