Making Recovery Real

Perth, 26th February 2009

Hosted by: SRN

In February 2009 SRN hosted our most popular national conference to date, entitled, ‘Making Recovery Real’, with over 400 people in attendance. The event focused on learning about recovery from mental health problems, considered initiatives related to promoting recovery and encouraged debate about the concept of recovery. We were joined on the day by Mary O’Hagan, an international consultant and recovery activist, who provided the keynote speech. Mary was also one of over 60 contributors who were involved in delivering the 12 parallel workshops.

In addition to these presentations there are also film clips and audio downloads from the event available via the website.
