Young People and Mental Health grants

Comic Relief are calling for applications for funding to support work with young people aged 11-25 with current mental health problems.

comic_relief_logoThey are particularly interested in receiving applications from Scotland that will provide a greater understanding and specialist skill base amongst people who work with young people with mental health needs.

Grants usually vary between £25,000 and £40,000 per year for a maximum of three years.

The next application deadline is 28 October 2011.

Those are some pretty nice sized grants that are being offered. This is such a wonderful thing to do for the community of children that have mental illnesses. Thank you so much for providing us with this information and I hope that you will keep us updated as time goes on and also I hope that you will provide us with the list of the winners.
