Trauma counselling line service extended

Health in Mind's national confidential telephone counselling service for adult survivors of childhood abuse have extended their service.

The service is aimed at adult survivors of childhood abuse including survivors from black and minority ethnic communities. The helpline uses qualified, experienced counsellors who are ready to listen, support and help callers move forward.

To arrange a telephone counselling appointment, call free on 08088 020406 during the following times: Monday to Wednesday 5pm – 8pm and Thursday to Friday 9am – 2pm. Alternatively, leave a message outside these hours and a counsellor will call back.
