The Scottish Recovery Network is looking for applications for Mental Health Recovery including WRAP level 1 training in Lanarkshire and Dumfries and Galloway. We are looking for applications from candidates who demonstrate a motivation to use WRAP for reasons which flow from their own personal experience of mental distress or poor mental health. If the candidate has a professional background in mental health they should be able to demonstrate that personal use of WRAP is a primary motivation for applying. The training will be delivered over three days by two Advanced Level WRAP Facilitators and will cover recovery and its underlying concepts in more depth. Lanarkshire training will take place on 7th,10th and 11th November 2011 and Dumfries on 29th November, 5th and 6th December 2011. More information and application form for the Lanarkshire training. More information and application form for the Dumfries & Galloway training. Places are limited and application for the training does not guarantee a place. Priority will be given to people who are or have been users of mental health services and who wish to use their personal experience of these services as a platform for passing on their experiences of using WRAP to others who use services, and who express an interest in WRAP. Please note that SRN’s decision in allocating places is final and will be based on the information provided. Comments (1)
