SMHSURN 'Building Service User Capacity in Research' conference: 14 February 2012

This Scottish Mental Health Service User Research Network conference will take place at the University of Stirling and aims to showcase good practice in service user research.

smhsurn_imageSMHSURN aims to encourage people with personal experience of mental health problems get involved in the development of mental health research in Scotland.

The Building Service User Capacity in Research conference will explore the role of service users in research, and how to promote, develop and build capacity for service user research in Scotland.

The conference is free (and service user travel costs can be reimbursed) and is aimed at anyone interested and involved in mental health research in Scotland.

There will also be exhibition stands available as well as a poster area and stand to promote research.
