LTCAS has announced this year's Self Management Week.
 Long Term Conditions Alliance Scotland is a member led charity aiming to make the lives of people with long term conditions better. Self Management Week aims to promote the awareness raising campaign 'My Condition, My Terms, My Life' and other self management work that is happening across the voluntary, health and social care sectors. LTCAS is hoping people and organisations will get involved through in activities such as attending a LTCAS or 'Open Doors' event, hosting their own event, being involved with the Self Management Awards, taking part in Facebook discussions and engaging with local MSPs.
