The Government's response to the consultation on a self-directed support draft bill has now been published.
 As featured in a previous article on the progress of the legislation, the Scottish Government's response is now available to download. The First Minister has announced that the bill on self-directed support will be introduced to parliament at the earliest opportunity. In the meantime, the Government has said it will complete the draft bill and continue to engage with partner organisations. For more information please visit the self-directed support bill webpage.
