Peer Support Fife Recovery Workshops |

A series of six Recovery Workshops will be run by Peer Support Fife on Monday afternoons, 12:30-4pm, starting 16 January 2012.
Peer Support Fife exists to promote peer support and peer led alternatives in mental health. Their other areas of work include promoting and supporting survivor, user and carer participation and leadership in service planning and provision. The workshops will be held in the Cupar Old Parish Centre, Short Lane, Cupar, Fife, KY15 5EQ. Workshop topics will include: • Monday 16 January: Peer Support, based on Shery Mead's Intentional Peer Support: An Alternative Approach • Monday 23 January: Peer Support part two • Monday 30 January: Strengths recovery approach, from Pathways to Recovery, Kansas University • Monday 6 February: Strengths recovery approach part two • Monday 13 February: WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning), using the WRAP Plan from Kansas University • Monday 20 February: WRAP part two You can download the Recovery Workshops flyer here.
