NHS Ayrshire & Arran WRAP workshop

There are still some places left on the WRAP workshop NHS Ayrshire & Arran are organising in October.


nhsaa_logoThe free, 4 day workshop will cover:
  • Mental health recovery concepts
  • Skills and strategies to better manage your wellbeing.
  • Support to write your own Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) which can enable you to take control of your recovery and mental health
The workshop will be held from 9.30am to 1pm on 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th of October at Ayr Hospital.

Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come basis. If you have a carer or supporter who you would like to attend, please ask them to complete the application form and return by the same date.
