The Scottish Government and NHS Health Scotland are hosting three regional seminars in March to bring managers, planners and practitioners from a range of settings together to consider the economic case for mental health improvement and its impact on planning and service provision.

The seminars specifically aim to raise awareness of and support debate around two recently published papers: ‘Supporting continued investment in mental health improvement in Scotland in an economic downturn’; and ‘Telehealthcare and Mental Health - Using telehealthcare effectively to support people with mental disorders'.

The three half-day seminars will be held on Friday 18 March 2011 in Edinburgh, Tuesday 29 March 2011 in Glasgow and Thursday 31 March 2011 in Aberdeen. The events are free of charge.
