Falkirk and District Association for Mental Health (FDAMH) have a programme of events lined up to coincide with Mental Health Week.
 On 10th October 2011 - World Mental Health Awareness Day - FDAMH is holding a conference in Falkirk Stadium which aims to challenge the stigma and discrimination faced by people with mental health issues. Other events running that week include an interactive exhibition by Breathing Space, NHS Inform and NHS 24 on how to get best use from their services, a golf event at Brucefield Golf Centre and the Annual Stall in The Mall event where volunteers from FDAMH, Caledonia Clubhouse and Penumbra Falkirk will be on hand to provide information, advice and support surrounding mental health issues.
