The NHS primary care mental health team in South East Glasgow - STEPS - has produced two booklets on mental health and wellbeing.

'Cannabis and its effects' by Siobhan Murphy and Simon Stuart looks at why people use the drug and some of the short-term and long-term effects. 'Five a day to keep you feeling well' explains five ways to help us maintain well-being.

The STEPS team offer a range of services to people with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. They are part of South East Glasgow Community Health and Care Partnership, offering help to anyone over the age of 16 who needs it, free of charge.

More downloads, including booklets, videos and a picture gallery, are available from the STEPS website.
