The football season kicked-off this year with Motherwell's first team players displaying the Breathing Space logo on their jerseys to raise awareness of the importance of good mental health.
Breathing Space is a free, confidential phone and web based service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.
Along with other promotion, messages will be displayed on home match days, games will be dedicated to Breathing Space, players will wear Breathing Space T-shirts in warm-up sessions and promotional materials will be given out to supporters.
Key players and representatives of the Club, including Scottish cup winning legend Stevie Kirk, will also be ambassadors for the service.
For more information visit the Breathing Space website or, to talk in confidence with a trained advisor, call Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87.
SRN advertise a range of events and resources developed by external organisations. In doing so we do not necessarily endorse or recommend them and we are in no way responsible for content or quality.
