Mental health charity Bipolar Scotland are holding their annual conference in Glasgow. Bipolar Scotland is a membership organisation that provides information, support and advice for people affected by bipolar disorder, their carers and others with an interest in its work.Their members' AGM will be followed by a conference open to the public at the Menzies Hotel in Glasgow.
