A WRAP opportunity for the New Year

SRN are offering places on the largest WRAP Facilitator training course so far in Scotland.

Over twenty places will available on this five day course to be held in Glasgow from Monday 20th to Friday 24th February 2012.

If you have a strong commitment to WRAP and recovery values and you think you can fulfill the requirements listed below, then please download the application form and return it to us by Thursday 12th January 2012:

• If you have successfully completed a twelve hour WRAP workshop.
• Provide evidence of using WRAP in your own life.
• That you can provide evidence of support from an organisation that will:

• Provide time for preparation.
• Provide resources and venues.
• Have a strategic focus in delivery (i.e. over wide geographical area, targeting people with lived experience/service users).

Places are limited and applying for the training does not guarantee a place.

Priority will be given to people who are or have been users of mental health services and who wish to use their personal experience of these services as a platform for passing on their experiences of using WRAP to others who use services, and who express an interest in WRAP. Priority will also be given to applicants from areas of Scotland where there are currently no Facilitators.
